The Company’s principal mineral resource property is the Oyu Tolgoi Project, located in Mongolia. The IVN Group also holds interests in several other mineral resource projects in the Asia Pacific region, including the Ovoot Tolgoi Coal Mine, located in Mongolia; the Cloncurry Project, located in Queensland, Australia, and the Bakyrchik gold project, located in Kazakhstan. The properties of the Company include Bell Creek Complex, Bell Creek Mill, Blakelock, Casa Berardi, Thunder Creek, Timmins Gold Project and Tipahaakaaning. The Bell Creek Complex includes the Bell Creek mine and mill, as well as the contiguous Vogel and Schumacher properties. The Bell Creek mill is a gold mill circuit, involving crushing and grinding, gravity and leaching, followed by a carbon-in-pulp (CIP) process for gold recovery. Lake Shore Gold’s Blakelock property is located northeast of Timmins and covers an area of 35 kilometres along the western extension of the Casa Berardi gold belt. The Casa Berardi property covers 227 claims in an east and west block surrounding the Casa Berardi mine and cover an area of 11,594 hectares along a 30 kilometer section of the Casa Berardi fault. The Timmins property consists of a contiguous block of 23 claims covering approximately 395 hectares.
